Make a privacy request
Email support@frostreads.com from your account email if you can. Tell us what you want to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to. You can also contact us if you cannot sign in.
Send only what is needed to explain your request. Never send passwords, source login details, or full payment card numbers. If we need information to verify your identity, we will explain why and how to provide it securely.
We will explain any limits on what we can provide or delete, including records required by law and information about other people.
European privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object, and receive a portable copy of qualifying data. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving your request. If its complexity or the number of requests requires up to two additional months, we will explain the extension within the first month. If we cannot act on a request, we will explain why and tell you about complaint and court remedies. Requests are generally free, subject to the exceptions allowed by law.
You may complain to a data protection authority, including in the country where you live or work or where an alleged violation occurred. You do not have to contact Frostreads first.
Before deleting your account
Save any novels you want to keep. Deletion is permanent. The Privacy notice explains deletion, backup retention, and records that may remain.
Stop subscription renewal before deleting your account. Deletion does not itself cancel a subscription. See billing and cancellation help. You do not need to wait for your paid period to end. If billing verification or a pending payment prevents deletion, email Winter to make a privacy request.
