Frost Plus

Frost Plus costs $5.99 USD per month, including applicable tax, and renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial. See allowances on the pricing page and upgrade in account settings.

Listen+ and packs

Listen+ costs $5.00 USD per month, including applicable tax, and renews monthly until canceled. It is separate from Frost Plus and is canceled the same way. Each paid month includes 150 chapters read in the Listen+ voice you choose; a chapter counts once however often you play it. Unused chapters do not roll over. After that, listening continues with the Frost cloud voice.

Token packs are one-time purchases of translation output tokens, available while you have an active Plus subscription: 1,000,000 for $2.99, 2,500,000 for $6.99, 5,000,000 for $11.99, including applicable tax. Packs do not expire while your account exists, stay usable after Plus ends, and are used only after your monthly and daily allowances. Deleting your account removes any unused pack balance. Refund and withdrawal rights below also apply to packs.

Subscriptions and Stripe

Frostreads uses Stripe for subscription payments and tax calculation. Review the price, currency, tax breakdown, and monthly billing interval before confirming a purchase. Stripe confirms your payment before Frostreads activates paid Plus access.

Keep your Stripe receipt. It identifies the purchase and helps us find a payment if you need support. Stripe handles payment information under its Privacy Policy.

Change your renewal card

Sign in to Link by Stripe with the email used for your purchase, open your Frostreads subscription, and update its payment method. If you checked out as a guest, Link may ask you to create an account to manage the purchase.

Adding a card in Manage billing or paying an unpaid invoice may not change the card used for future renewals. For a failed payment, use Manage billing in Frostreads account settings to view and pay the unpaid invoice.

Cancel a subscription

Open account settings, choose Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in Stripe. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access lasts until the end of the current paid period.

If you cannot use the billing portal, email support@frostreads.com with the email used for payment and your receipt or subscription reference. Tell us that you want to cancel your subscription. Send your request before the next renewal and keep a copy.

We will confirm cancellation and the date your paid access ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund for a previous charge. Refund and withdrawal rights are explained below.

Deleting your Frostreads account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. You can request cancellation even if you have already deleted your account or cannot sign in.

Refunds

If a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or concerns a service problem, email support@frostreads.com. Include your purchase reference, the charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send your password or full payment card details.

Where a refund is due by law, Frostreads will process it within the applicable deadline, normally to the original payment method. These policies do not limit mandatory rights, including remedies for a faulty digital service.

A full refund of a subscription payment ends that subscription and its paid access at once. A refunded token pack loses the refunded share of its tokens. A payment dispute (chargeback) ends the disputed subscription the same way and holds back the disputed pack's tokens, which return if the dispute is resolved in your favor.

Withdraw from contract

If you are an EU consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days from entering the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract form or tell us by email that you wish to withdraw, identifying yourself and the subscription. The form lets you review and confirm your declaration and sends an acknowledgement with your submission time. No Frostreads account or renewed terms acceptance is required.

Starting to use a subscription or token pack does not by itself remove that right, and accepting Frostreads' Terms of Service is not a waiver of it. After a paid purchase, Frostreads emails you a confirmation that includes this withdrawal information.
